Service provision

Users retain ownership of their original submissions. By submitting content, users confirm they have the necessary rights to do so.

By contributing content, users grant zeaireo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute the content as part of course delivery and platform operations.

Users are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of their content. Content that violates rules or laws may be removed and could lead to account actions.

zeaireo may remove or restrict access to user content that breaches these terms, is unlawful, or poses safety or privacy risks.

Intellectual property

All platform materials provided by zeaireo, including course content, branding and proprietary materials, are protected by intellectual property rights. Use of such materials is permitted only as authorized for learning purposes.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or publicly display proprietary course materials without explicit permission.
• Do not create derivative works from proprietary materials for commercial distribution.

Paid services and fees
